Do I need to book an appointment?
Our treatments are popular, and as such, our bookings fill up fast. To ensure we have availability for your desired service, it is recommended that you book your appointment in advance to avoid disappointment. You can book online, by phone, or by coming in to our day spa.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, but we ask that you give us 48 hours notice for all treatments requiring 2 hours or more. Cancellation or no-show within 48hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% charge for treatments booked or vouchers redeemed in full. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
When should I arrive for my spa treatments?
We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. This allows time for you to complete our consultation form, meet your therapist and be ready for your treatment.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late may unfortunately limit the time of your treatment. Plan your special time out and ensure you arrive on time to experience the complete benefits and pleasure of your treatment.
What if I need to use the restroom during my day spa treatment?
Simply inform your therapist that you need the restroom, and we can pause your treatment.
Am I able to have a doubles treatment?
Yes, we offer a couples treatment room for all treatments on our menu. This is an ideal way to share your experience with your partner, friend or relative.
