Revive Skin Emporium Cancelation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule due to work, children, or illness but we ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice for all treatments.

Individual Bookings
A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. No bookings will be held without a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable if 48 hours of cancellation is not provided.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge to the value of the treatment booked or voucher redeemed in full.
If any part of the treatment is cancelled on the day, full payment will be charged if additional time for that service has been allocated.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatments to avoid any shortening of the treatments.

Group Bookings of 2 people or more
If any member of the group fails to show up, payment for that person will be charged in full to the card provided at the time of booking.
Group booking treatments cannot be changed on the day of the appointment as we have allocated staff members for each service provided.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatments to avoid any shortening of the treatments.

Facial Specials
Facial Specials cannot be used in conjunction with VIP cards or any other offers.

Redeeming a Gift Voucher
If using a gift voucher please provide voucher code when booking.
If redeeming a gift voucher please present either online or hard copy of the voucher at appointment. If a voucher is not presented, payment will be charged in full.
Cancellations within 48 hours will result in 50% of the voucher being redeemed.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the voucher being redeemed in full.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers for a monetary value are valid for 36 months.
Gift Vouchers for Special Offers and Promotional Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Gift Vouchers for treatments and packages are available for a limited time as are subject to change and are valid for 12 months.
Gift Vouchers for monetary value can be used towards any spa services or products.
Gift Vouchers are strictly non-refundable or transferable.
Treatments within specific spa packages are not interchangeable (unless due to a medical condition), however, gift voucher value can be redeemed on other treatments, spa packages or products.
Gift Voucher bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time, otherwise, the voucher will be redeemed in full.
Gift Voucher treatments that have been booked and the client fails to show will be redeemed in full.
Bookings in advance are essential to avoid disappointment as waiting periods apply.
No responsibility will be taken for lost or stolen vouchers.
Gift Voucher purchases and redemptions cannot be used in conjunction with VIP Cards.
Gift Vouchers must be presented at booking prior to treatment commencing, otherwise, the treatment will be charged in full.
