When should I arrive for my spa treatments?

We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for you to complete our consultation form, meet your therapist and be ready for your treatment.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late may unfortunately limit the time of your treatment. Plan your special time out and ensure you arrive on time to experience the complete benefits and pleasure of your treatment.

Should I pre-book my appointment?

To avoid disappointment, pre booking your treatments is advised.

Am I able to have a doubles treatment?

Yes, we offer a couples treatment room for all treatments on our menu. This is an ideal way to share your experience with your partner, friend or relative.

What should I wear to the spa?

Please wear whatever clothes are comfortable for you. During treatments our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy. Disposable underwear is available if required. Bathers are optional for our hydrotherapy treatments.

How do I choose my treatments?

We offer a full menu to relax, revive and rejuvenate. When booking your appointment, our staff can help you choose specific treatments that are most appealing and beneficial to you. If you have any skin concern, we can discuss the best treatment plan for you during your personal consultation.

What if I have special health considerations or allergies?

If you have any concerns regarding your health, including allergies, cold and flu, etc. please notify us when booking your treatment.

What if I am pregnant?

Please notify us when booking your treatments. We have certain treatments with products and techniques that are safe during pregnancy, and also some that are not recommended.

What should I bring?

We provide robes, towels and lockers. Please leave your valuables at home as we cannot take responsibility for valuables if left unattended in the store.

What if I need to cancel my spa reservation?

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, but we ask that you give us 48 hours notice for all treatments requiring 2 hours or more. Cancellation or no show within 48hrs of your appointment will incur a 50% charge for treatments booked or vouchers redeemed in full. Gift vouchers are non refundable.
